John D. Camillieri is a graduate of Ithaca College with a degree in Psychology with a focus in Behavioral Neuroscience. He is a certified Grief Counselor through the Grief Recovery Institute and a Suicide Counselor for New York Help Line through Marbie Collegiate Church. John is also in the panel of MATFORCE, the Verde Valley Substance Abuse Coalition, runs numerous 12-Step Meetings for Central Valley, and is a Certified Mentor with the Yavapai County Reentry Project.

As the Chief Administrator at ATMC, John takes a hands-on approach to working with the residents and staff to ensure that each person involved with the program is supported, heard, and encouraged. John is passionate about quality assurance brings a mind, body, spirit approach to personal growth and recovery. His life mission is helping others in recovery through harnessing and cultivating the hero within.

John was hired by company co-founder, Lyle Murphy, and has been with ATMC since 2011 and has served as a care provider, sauna coach, care manager, program director, and counselor. In his spare time John enjoys singing in the St. John Vianney choir, praying rosaries, lifting weights, swinging kettlebells, and enjoying family time with his wife Aynur and three step children.
